Sweetest news in sponge cake and sponge sheet cake
The International Bakery, Pastry, Confectionery, Ice Cream and Coffee Fair has closed its eleventh edition consolidating itself as the main meeting point for suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, professionals and other groups, with the outstanding participation of Bollería BJV.
Among all the great offer of activities, novelties and tastings, BJV stood out among the main companies of raw materials and semi-finished products, surprising with an exclusive and original presentation of its products and services.
Undoubtedly, the main character of this participation, and which echoed media such as TVE Madrid, was our LVA sponge cake with 90 days of expiration at room temperature, as one of the most prominent products by INTERSICOP, and that we already present you before “A sponge sheet cake with a lot of life”.
The presentation and tasting of the special sponge cakes was another of the highlights of this edition, whose packaging had a great acceptance without going unnoticed among the attendees.
The event brought together 174 direct exhibitors, 98 represented companies, and 41 international direct exhibitors, in a large exhibition space, where the professional visitor had the opportunity to discover suppliers for their developments, interesting product innovations to boost their business, and a wide range of activities that included the participation of names as renowned as Jordi Bordas in confectioner, Carlos Mariel and Pep Aguilar in bakery, or Carlos Arribas in ice cream among many others.
Marking the bases for bakery and ice cream in Spain
With a trajectory of 35 years specializing in sponge cake, and closing 2016 with a production of 2,500,000 kilos, Bollería BJV can say that it is the national reference in the production of pastry bases.
An offer aimed at significantly saving the time of production of confectioners and ice creams makers, and whose added value is the initiative to forge a base of trust for professionals, and consumers, through the commitment to food safety and innovation.
